I have over seven years of experience working in NHS mental health services, along with two years in private practice. While I specialise in treating OCD, emetophobia and anxiety-related difficulties, I also work with a wide range of mental health challenges.

I am Dominique a Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to helping children and young people to make the changes needed to live contentedly.
Life has its ups and downs; we can all lose our sense of balance at times. If you’re child is feeling low, anxious or suffering from trauma or low self-esteem. I can offer a safe and non-judgmental space for them to restore balance.
I am a fully qualified BABCP accredited Psychotherapist. I have worked therapeutically and I have been teaching yoga & meditation for 10 years.
Sessions with me can be in person or online. I work holistically by tailoring support plans to your child’s specific needs. I specialise in CBT, EMDR, hypnotherapy and therapeutic yoga sessions. These modalities can be used separately or be combined for an integrated approach.
I work in a compassion focused way and endeavour to encourage my clients to adopt a similar stance towards themselves. I hope to enable my clients to restore sense of balance, so they can live life to the fullest.
